• Each & every sale resulting from the placement of “on-line” orders shall be deemed as a FINAL SALE. This is intended to ensure that each and every customer receives brand new merchandise that’s never been handled and/or worn by others.
• Each and every order shall be paid for in full at time of purchase and, therefore, non-refundable and subject to no cancellations, without any exceptions.
• Our customers’ credit cards shall not be subject to any charges until such time that we’re certain of being able to meet said customer(s)’ agreed-upon “wear date”. At such time we at CHANTIK FORMALS shall notify the customer via e-mail regarding the finality of the order and the resulting applicable charges.
• We at CHANTIK FORMALS shall stand behind AND guarantee the on-time receipt and delivery of all agreed upon merchandise ordered by you, our valued customers.
• All California residents’ orders are subject to a sales’ tax, which is to be added to the price of the merchandise.
• In order to show our appreciation for your patronage, CHANTIK FORMALS shall assume shipping and handling charges for regular ground shipping; however, the charges for 2^nd day or next day shipping shall be assumed by the customer.
• We at CHANTIK FORMALS do hereby guarantee that all of our merchandise shall be thoroughly checked AND double-checked for any defects and/or damages by our professionally qualified staff, and that every order shipped shall be free of any defects or damages; therefore, we are not to be held responsible for any post-shipment damages resulting from customers’ handling or improper dry-cleaning procedures etc.
• Finally, our valued customers agree that by providing us with their credit card information, they have read and agreed to all of the above terms of our sales’/return policy.
